Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities: • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings. • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining employee records. • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing company events and recognition programs. • Assist with performance management tasks, such as tracking performance reviews and providing support for performance improvement plans. • Assist with general HR tasks, such as maintaining employee files, responding to employee inquiries, and scheduling meetings. Requirements: • Currently enrolled in a human resources or related program, or have recently graduated. Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. • A willingness to learn and adapt to new HR processes and techniques.
