Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Key Accountable:
1. Recruitment Management:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates according to the job requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews, salary discussions, and other recruitment processes.
• Maintain an organized recruitment tracker for efficient monitoring and reporting.
2. Document Handling:
• Prepare and issue various employment-related letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, salary increment letters, and promotion letters.
• Manage and organize personal documents of employees such as PAN, Aadhaar, and educational documents.
3. Employee Record Management:
• Maintain comprehensive records of employee details, including date of joining, confirmation, and contact details using Excel or an HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements in maintaining records.
4. Induction and Policy Explanation:
• Conduct employee inductions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Explain and clarify HR policies to new recruits, fostering understanding and compliance.
5. Payroll and Labour Law Compliance:
• Possess knowledge and experience in payroll management.
• Stay updated on HR labor laws and ensure compliance within the organization.
6. MIS Reporting:
• Generate and present Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.
• Provide insights and analysis based on HR data.
7. Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns promptly.
8. Employee Grievance Handling:
• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances.
• Investigate and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in HR is a plus
