Role Description
GOMEC Industries Pvt. Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist located in Thane(W) and surroundings.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR manager who will be formulating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
You will be responsible of planning, restructuring and developing all our HR strategies to ensure all HR operations are in order and efficient which will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, excellence, productivity, goal attainment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Role key points
1. Restructuring and development of HR policies.
2 Manage all HR processes and practices, including recruiting, training, onboarding, benefits and retention.
3. Develop strategic selection processes for different types of positions in different locations.
4. Develop plans for all HR aspects like benefits, payroll, health and safety, and legal compliance and Facilitate the employee grievance process.
5. Design competency based compensation systems.
6. Work with technical team to design, integrate and implement human resource software systems for better efficiency.
7. Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management.
Experience in a manufacturing environment or a non IT background, Electrical or similar manufacturing industry background is a plus.
Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and systems, including employment laws and regulations.
Mandatory strong knowledge of Recruiting with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and shortlisting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Experience in benefits administration, HRIS, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Ability to communicate effectively, confidently, and professionally with employees at all levels within the organization.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Results and detail-oriented.
