Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Human Resources, HR Management, HR Policies, Employee Benefits, and Personnel Management.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience with HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the e-learning industry is a plus.
Operations Support Responsibilities:
• Proactively work with the operations team to find solutions for improvement.
• Manage scheduling and related activities.
• Create/manage relevant KPI reports and provide periodic information to Co-Founders.
• Maintain a log of the KPI report
