Looking for Candidate that has experience as an analyst
Candidate with must have experience with timecards, Kronos, ADP, PeopleSoft Experience with union contracts, garnishment experience, HR background
Candidate must know how to complete comparison analyst and troubleshoot
Benefits
Duration: 4+months with the possibilities of extension
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (willing to be flexible)
Pay Rate: $22-24/hr on w2 without benefits
Responsibilities
Know how to make decisions on what needs to be priority
Performs on-line edits and corrections to payroll system PeopleSoft
Communicates with programmers and is involved in testing of pay issues
Calculates special check requests and audits requests by departments and HR
Processes internal adjustments for employees when necessary by analyzing past payroll information and calculating proper amount of adjustment
Performs difficult and detailed corrections of the exception time report edits by analyzing errors, performing advanced on-line corrections in the PeopleSoft system
Responsible for reviewing and validating Kronos schedules and timekeeping duties and following payroll guidelines, policies and procedures
Contact various department supervisors and management for timecard discrepancies
