Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Manage employee records and ensure timely updates.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Handle payroll and compliance-related tasks.
• Provide support in training and development programs.
• Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
