Job Description
Our client is a leading manufacturing company looking to hire for their team. Their ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience working in human resources and administration. This canidate must have experience with payroll and ADP heavily preferred. This job is located in Marietta and onsite 5 days a week.
salary: $23 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Payroll:
Clear understanding of payroll, backwards & forwards, understanding of reports, works in ADP workforce now, experience maintaining multiple payrolls a month- hourly and salary, feels comfortable submitting without approval or reviewal.
HR Administrative responsibilities:
-Full understanding of human resources responsbilities, taking charge of the temp positions which includes generating time cards, keep up with employee records and keeping them up to date, overseeing the 30, 60, and +0 on boarding program and scheduling/coordinating meetings, setting up, ordering catering and clean. Additional ad hoc projects will be presented as well.
