RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.?
• Utilize various channels to proactively source and engage with potential candidates.?
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.?
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.?
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.?
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.?
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.?
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Passion for human capital and understanding of people behavior.
• Prior experience in technical recruitment, especially in the aerospace or engineering sectors.?
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies.?
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.?
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.?
