Job Summary:
The Human Resources professional plays a crucial role in managing and supporting various HR functions within an organization. This position involves implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Specialist/Generalist/Manager acts as a strategic partner, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Assist in developing and executing employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
Support employee development and training initiatives by identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee insurance.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture enhancement.
Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to provide proactive advice and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
Familiarity with HR software systems and tools for managing employee data, such as HRIS and payroll systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address HR-related issues and challenges.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of performance management processes and employee development strategies.
Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Languages: English and Hindi (Mandatory).
Those who are willing to relocate to Chennai or Erode.
