Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Javinishka in Lucknow. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis. This would also include some content writing part, where the candidate shall be skilled and qualified to produce some written content for the brand; be it product or idea or any campaign.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
