We are seeking an HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Provide HR support to employees regarding policies, procedures, and inquiries.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
