You will be responsible for the overall local HR support and all HR admin related tasks to support our employees. Your team will be located within the global functions for Human Resources. The RWER India team is expanding and looking for entrepreneurial individuals with a growth mindset to join a fast-expanding team in a dynamic environment, as part of a larger global organization.Your future plans and key responsibilitiesThe objective is to develop you in becoming the key local HR Support for all HR related processes in IndiaYou will support to develop and maintain key HR policies in line with current local best practices and regulatory framework Actively reviewing legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring that policies, procedures, and reporting measures are compliantOngoing communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g. labor law, payroll providers, advisors) to ensure timely execution of HR processesStudy and assess benefit needs and trends to establish competitive plans, making appropriate recommendations to the global HR teamSupport and execute month-end payroll, reimbursements, reporting and analysis Build and maintain relationships with universities and other external sources including contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee servicesYour profileSuccessfully completed university degree (or equivalent) from an accredited UniversityAt least 3-5 years of hands-on human resource management experience in India Familiar with Indian labor law, employment law, social security law and payroll tax regulationsPreference for candidates with international experience (preferably multinational organizations with some exposure
