Job Description – Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Technical Requirements:
• At least 4-6 years of experience in business partner roles in both startup and large organizations.
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations and HR delivery for the process.
• End- to-end Employee Life cycle management from Induction to Exit of the Employee.
• Provide support for change proactive communication and implementation of Key HR initiatives at

Organizational level.
• Management of Employee relations including coaching, counseling & disciplinary actions.
• Employee Engagement, Listening and Connect lead and anchor employee engagement

initiatives & drive action planning.
• Policy deployment.
• Attrition analysis & retention management.
• Manage HR metrics, reviews and Reporting.
• To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and to

contribute to the development of the HR Function.
• Administer all employee benefit programs with conjunction with the Department Heads.
• Attendance, Payroll, Competency Mapping, Grievance Handling, employee welfare, employee

satisfaction.
• Carry out Gap Analysis & Initiate action based on surveys and studies on employee satisfaction.
• Extremely high on empathy. Uncanny ability to understand people and their problems.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedure

Education
• Graduation & Post Graduation (MBA preferred).
