Role Overview:
As the incumbent for this position, your primary responsibilities will include conducting Manpower Planning to ensure optimal workforce allocation, overseeing the Recruitment process, developing and implementing Induction and Onboarding plans, managing onboarding activities, designing and executing the Compensation structure, evaluating incentive and bonus schemes, categorizing employees based on performance, formulating an employee engagement plan, coordinating Training Nomination, and ensuring compliance with HR Policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Manpower Planning for optimal workforce allocation.
- Oversee the Recruitment process and collaborate with manpower agencies.
- Develop and implement Induction and Onboarding plans for new employees.
- Manage onboarding activities in the initial six months of employment.
- Design and execute the Compensation structure and Performance Management processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive and bonus schemes for career development.
- Categorize employees based on performance and implement retention programs.
- Formulate and supervise the execution of an employee engagement plan.
- Coordinate Training Nomination in TMSi as per BMW guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with HR Policies.
Qualifications Required:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- A Graduate degree is required.
- A HR Management qualification is preferred, or a Diploma in HR.
- Proficiency in Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Negotiation Skills, People Management, and Communication Skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position.,
