· Any Graduation
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training to employee
• Manage the entire hiring operations.
• Undertake recruitment and selection.
• Track the training process of new hires and ensure their settlement in the company.
• Manage and assign relevant tasks to hired interns.
• Compensation, on, incentives, and Benefits Administration.
• Maintain a database of leaves and employee records.
• Ensure conflict resolution and regularly organize activities to keep the company employees motivated.
• Good Communication(Hindi, English)
