Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Kuchoriya TechSoft in Jaipur. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis.
Roles and Responsibilities of an IT Recruiter
1. Understanding Job Requirements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical and functional job requirements for IT roles.
• Identify the skills, qualifications, and experience needed for each position.
2. Sourcing Candidates
• Use various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking events to source potential candidates.
• Actively engage in headhunting and referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline.
3. Screening and Shortlisting
• Conduct initial screenings via phone or video to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Shortlist candidates for further evaluation based on their suitability for the role.
4. Scheduling and Coordinating Interviews
• Arrange interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth interview process.
5. Assessing Technical Skills
• Evaluate candidates’ technical knowledge through assessments, coding tests, or questionnaires.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate candidates’ expertise.
6. Negotiating Offers
• Discuss compensation, benefits, and job expectations with candidates.
• Extend offers and negotiate to ensure mutual agreement between candidates and the company.
7. Managing Onboarding Process
• Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Assist candidates with necessary paperwork and documentation.
8. Building Talent Pipelines
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future IT positions.
• Regularly update and manage recruitment databases.

• Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports and insights to improve recruitment efficiency.
10. Employer Branding
• Promote the company as an employer of choice through job postings, social media, and career fairs.
• Enhance candidate experience to improve the organization’s reputation.
11. Staying Updated with Industry Trends
• Keep abreast of the latest IT technologies, tools, and recruitment trends to identify top talent effectively.
• Understand evolving IT market demands to align recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
