• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach.
• Working Experience of 2.5 – 4 years in a one/multiple benefits processes.
Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple):

2) Benefit Lead:
Formal Education & Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – Preferably HR.
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach.
• Working Experience of 3 – 5 years in a US benefits processes.
Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple):
• North America experience
• Global Health and group benefits
• COBRA Plans
• US/ Global Absence Management
• Absence / Disability Management Specialist
• DB/DC/HM Experiences
• Any additional global Benefit expertise
