We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our human resources strategy, managing our work culture and team relations, overseeing recruitment, managing team benefits, ensuring compliance with employment laws, collaborating with department heads, implementing training programs, and providing guidance and support to our team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to create a healthy and thriving work culture that aligns with our company values.
• Focus on improving the team's experience and skillset through training and development programs.
• Manage team relations and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Oversee the recruitment process and ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage team benefits and compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to the HR function.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and team on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
• This is a full time, work from office (Worli, Mumbai) role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
