Job Description
We are looking for an HR Administrator to look after our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include hiring, payrolls, HR policies, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases of all employees. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Organize and maintain personnel records
2. Talent Acquisition & Hiring's
3. Update internal databases & manage leaves / attendance database
4. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
5. Prepare company policies
6. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
7. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics with annual HR Budget
8. Thorough Knowledge & In-hand experience with compliances such as PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.
+. Running payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
10. Arrange travel bookings, accommodations and process expense forms as per company policy
11. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
1. Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
2. Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS or Equivalent
3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
4. Thorough knowledge of labor laws, Provident Fund, Gratuity & Other Statutory Compliances
5. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
6. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
