40% Recruitment - 60% HR Generalist Activities
Job Role:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process – JD Preparation, Job Posting, Sourcing from multiple channels, Screening, Interviewing, and Onboarding.
- Collaborating with recruitment agencies and working closely with them for open positions. Evaluating and onboarding new agencies if required.
- Expected to have a deep understanding of the business and various operations to work efficiently on the open positions
- Driving a smooth and effective induction and onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, providing guidance to managers on performance-related matters
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Taking care of training and professional development needs of employees for supporting their growth and career progression.
- Contribute towards employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale by organizing team-building activities and events.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy workplace culture. Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge job satisfaction and address any issues.
- Evaluating, onboarding, and managing HRMS system for various HR processes
- Responsible for leave and attendance management
- Understanding and catering to the training and development needs of the employees
