Role Overview :
As a Human Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the HR operations in our Mumbai office. You will support key HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and training, ensuring alignment with Eatopia's values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with company growth.
Qualifications :
• MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
