Responsibilities:
• Must have an experienced Business Development executive folks having experience in HR sales or HR services with excellent communication skills.
• Should have knowledge on processing and executive of PI, ESI, employee insurance and claiming knowledge.
• This role includes, increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Must have experience into Talent Acquisition/Recruitment knowledge or experience along with strong negotiation skills
• Performance management, conflict management, compensation management, facility management, office administrative experience is a plus.
• Must have knowledge in labour laws and labour legislations.
• Better to have a fulltime degree with MBA or MHRM or related degree.
