We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Strategic Partner. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our business operations align with local norms.
You will work closely with our global team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work culture. Your expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development will be essential in driving business growth and improving employee satisfaction.
A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and legislation. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in HR or a related field, preferably from a reputable institution, with at least 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Experience working in a BPO environment is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with local norms
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and promoting employee engagement
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
