International produce company with a Los Angeles office to find their next Human Resources Supervisor. This role will oversee HR operations across three locations, including supervising, training, and coaching managers while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and upholding company policies and procedures. The position will also partner closely with executive leadership to improve recruiting strategies and overall HR processes. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR management experience, advanced knowledge of Paycom or similar HRIS systems, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience in the produce or agriculture industry. This role requires up to 20% travel. The company is offering a base salary of $110,000–$120,000, full benefits, a flexible work schedule, and strong opportunities for career growth.
