Title: HR Support Specialist / Candidate Care Coordinator
Location: NJ or Tampa
Duration: 12 months contract
• Collaborate with TA executive and non-executive teams
• Schedules interviews (face-to-face, virtual, semi-automated, seminar, manual)
• Books BMS conference room if applicable
• Books travel arrangements

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of HR Admin/Support Experience, with experience in Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Workday ATS and Paradox preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency in addition to the ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
