SAP SuccessFactors HR Systems Manager/ Lead
Colchester (hybrid working options available)
£70,000 - £85,000 base + contributory pension, private health care, 25 days holiday

Sanderson Recruitment is working with a global Business Process Outsourcing organisation who are looking to expand their growing team within centralised business applications services.
As the HR Systems Lead you will be responsible for owning the technical roadmap and portfolio of initiatives centred around the global HR function's core HR system, SAP SuccessFactors.
Partnering directly with the global HR function and its leaders, you will scope current usage, assess gaps and work with HR stakeholders to gather their requirements. You will then work closely with the 3rd party technical partners to coordinate the delivery and implementation of technical solutions.
Please note that this is NOT a deeply technical role. You will need to have really strong experience in SuccessFactors, but you will operate more like a consultant, looking at the way the system is currently being used, spotting opportunities to implement new modules within SuccessFactors, maximise the use of current services all to deliver additional business value. You will also own and maintain the relationship with the 3rd party directly.
Key experience we need:
• Strong experience and understanding of SAP SuccessFactors- essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience of working directly with 3rd party technical partners
• Technically minded by nature
