Job Role - TA Lead (IT Recruitment)

Location - Jaipur (Work from Office)
Responsibilities for TA Lead :-
• Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures
• Supervise the recruiting team
• Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
• Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting software for the employer
• Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand
• Research the best job advertising techniques
• Advise Team members for new sourcing methods time to time.
Qualifications for TA Lead :-
• Experience as a Recruiting Lead.
• Experience in screening, sourcing and interviewing job applicants
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
• Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
• Knowledge of social media and professional networks
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Required Skill Set:
• Leading and supervising the HR team
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR performance
• Collaborating with HR management and specialist HR functions
• Developing and growing the HR team
• Expert knowledge of HR planning
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate others to perform
