Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Trainee role located in Jaipur. As an HR Trainee, you will assist in HR management tasks, support personnel management activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include documentation, employee relations, maintaining HR databases, and coordinating HR initiatives to ensure a productive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
As an HR Trainee, you will support the team in a wide range of HR functions, including:
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process
• Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• Maintaining employee records and databases
• Supporting employee engagement activities and HR events
• Helping with HR documentation and compliance tasks
• Contributing to internal projects and initiatives
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) tasks and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Positive attitude and a proactive mindset
