Roles and Responsibilities · Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. · Support the onboarding process for new associates, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions. · Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining associate records and updating HR databases. · Help organize associates' training and development programs. · Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned. · Provide support for associates' relations activities. · Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks. · Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment. Desired Skills and Competencies • Communication Skills (Written and Verbal Communication should be excellent) • Computer knowledge • MS-Excel knowledge would be preferable Qualification · Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Detail-oriented and organized. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus. · Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to HR functions Interested candidates can send their application and CV to
