Role Description
This is a full-time HR Executive role located on-site in Mumbai at Siddharth Carbochem Products Limited. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, handling employee relations, managing payroll, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Recruitment and Interviewing skills
• Employee Relations and Payroll management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
