Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee benefits. They will also be involved in personnel management tasks and supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities. Qualifications • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles • Experience in HR management and personnel management • Understanding of HR policies and procedures • Familiarity with employee benefits • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work well in a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with HR software or systems is a plus • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is desirable • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
