Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the Learning head in managing training for corporate center staff at Axis Bank.
• Responsible for Training Need identification – Through Competency mapping, designing of learning roadmaps and TNI Discussion with the Department heads.
• Implementing and driving training coordination – Training announcement, logistics management, vendor management, recording of attendance and feedback.
• Enabling content development for both functional and behavioral trainings.
• Partnering with business leaders and managers to understand business needs and leadership development challenges and implement training programs for all businesses based on gaps and best case practices
• Enhancing knowledge management – Handling and updating the training material and training outline library on regular basis.
• Training Budget Tracking – Responsible for tracking the training budgets and reporting the same to Learning Head.
Qualifications:
• Post Graduate Degree in Management
• Extensive experience in Learning and Development and /or the Banking Domain
• JAIIB/CAIIB preferred
