We put life into a building by designing its mechanical, fire, electrical, plumbing services. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, top architects and MEP consultants, PillarPlus is funded by the best incubator from Silicon Valley, US - Y Combinator (AirBnB, DropBox, Razorpay, Meesho, Khatabook were also found here).We were awarded as a top 10 IITian driven startup in Asia for 2020.We are looking for a HVAC designer to assist in project handling and delivery. You'll be part of the team that is building products for the Indian construction industry and improving construction standards across the nation.Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of plans, details, specifications and cost estimates of HVAC
• Prepare HVAC designs & drawings
• Prepare BOQs, heat load calculations & other HVAC design reports.
• Handle client discussions - Coordinate with architects, engineers for the project
• Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects
• Should have knowledge & worked on MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM softwares, HAP etc
• Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required
• Do client meetings & site visits
• Need to travel for projects discussion & visits
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Mechanical University degree in Engineering
• At least 4 years of construction experience with working knowledge of HVAC
• Past experience of working on international projects- US, Middle east, Europe, Asia (apart from India) is a big plus
• Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, schematics - AutoCAD and BIM
• Possess excellent organizational skills to manage and lead team
• Possess excellent communication skills to talk to clients
• Should have knowledge of Green building norms and must have a done projects with Gold and Platinum Ratings in the past
• Should have knowledge of National & International HVAC codes
• Willing to travel across cities to meet clients and supervise project sites
• Should have done townships, IT parks, highrises & commercial complexes projects
Vacancy - 2Location - Mumbai and JaipurThis is a 6-day job and will have one fixed off every week on Sunday.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to INR30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
