is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as Helper. This dual role is essential for our daily operations, requiring a responsible individual to safely transport personnel, equipment, providing crucial on-site assistance with HVAC installations, maintenance, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities (Helper Duties):
• Assist HVAC technicians on job sites with installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from the work area.
• Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
• Assist in lifting and positioning HVAC units and components (under supervision and with appropriate safety measures).
• Learn basic HVAC tasks and provide support as directed by the technicians.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites and in the company vehicle.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Assist with warehouse duties, such as organizing inventory and loading/unloading deliveries, when not on field assignments.
• Perform other general labor duties as required to support the operational needs of the company.
Qualifications:
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project schedules.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
