We are growing and hiring for two positions:
Lead HVAC Installation Technician
HVAC Helper / Installation Assistant
We also welcome Lead Technicians who already have a helper they work well with. Established pairs are encouraged to apply together to reduce training time and increase efficiency
1. Lead HVAC Installation Technician
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, etc.)
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
Lead residential and light‑commercial installation projects
Supervise helpers and maintain efficient workflow
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Maintain detailed service records and follow company procedures
Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
Participate in on‑call rotation
Requirements
HVAC installation experience as a lead technician
G2 License (required)
Refrigeration License (preferred but not required)
Valid Driver’s License
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage job sites independently
2. HVAC Helper / Installation Assistant
Responsibilities
Assist lead technicians with HVAC installations
Carry tools, materials, and equipment
Help with ductwork fabrication and system setup
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Support the team and follow instructions
Participate in on‑call rotation
Requirements
HVAC experience preferred but not required
G2 License (required)
Valid Driver’s License
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift equipment and work in various environments
