One of our HVAC Client in Mumbai & Pune are looking for Project Managers having 10-12 years experience in end to end HVAC Project Execution of commercial building, hospitals, hotels etc. A Degree or Diploma Mechanical/ Electrical engineer background candidates are preferred from similar industry.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai & Pune for an HVAC Project Manager. The position involves overseeing project planning, execution, and completion to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Key responsibilities include managing procurement processes, coordinating logistics, supervising inspections, expediting project milestones, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The HVAC Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and align with client expectations.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, and resource allocation.
• Experience in Inspection procedures to uphold quality and compliance with technical standards.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee the transportation and supply chain aspects of projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and related industry standards is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
