Who we are
As a Solution Architect in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain, you will be responsible for the architectural design and strategic development of directory services, identity management, privileged access management, and customer identity services. You will define and guide the implementation of scalable, secure, and compliant IAM solutions within a hybrid IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud).
What you'll be doing
• Define and maintain the IT architecture for all IAM-related services, including directory services, identity lifecycle management, PAM, and CIAM
• Design and document architectural building blocks as part of the overall enterprise IT landscape
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance to internal IT teams and service providers
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide policies and standards
• Evaluate and recommend IAM technologies, platforms, and tools suitable for hybrid environments (on-premise & cloud)
• Govern the implementation and evolution of IAM solutions to meet operational and regulatory requirements
• Act as a key advisor for IAM-related topics across the organization
• Ensure architectural alignment with frameworks such as TOGAF and contribute to strategic IT planning
What you'll bring along
• University Degree/’ Degree: Degree in Business information technology, Computer Sciences, Maths or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable IAM architecture or senior engineering role
• Proven expertise in identity and access management concepts, systems, and processes
• Strong hands-on background with Microsoft technologies (on-premise AD, Entra ID/Azure AD)
• Experience in implementing or architecting solutions involving:
• Experience with One Identity Manager (IDM)
• Experience with CyberArk (PAM)
• Experience with Azure B2C (CIAM)
• Very good English written and spoken skills
