Role Responsibilities
• Teach French language and literature to IB Diploma Programme students.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with IB standards.

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Encourage student participation and foster a collaborative classroom culture.

• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and challenges.
• Participate in professional development and stay updated with the IB curriculum.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular French language activities.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a supportive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching techniques.
• Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to foster improvement.
Qualifications
• Master’s / Bachelor's /Minimum C1 level certification in French.
• Teaching certification relevant to teaching French and the IB curriculum.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB setting.
• Proven fluency in spoken and written French.
• In-depth knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme and its assessment methods.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Experience with the integration of technology in the classroom.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
