Job Description
We are hiring passionate and experienced educators for our IB PYP programme in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will bring strong subject expertise, a student-centric approach, and the ability to create an engaging and inquiry-based learning environment aligned with IB philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IB PYP framework
• Foster inquiry-based learning and critical thinking among students
• Design differentiated learning experiences to meet diverse student needs
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress effectively
• Collaborate with team members for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development sessions
Role-Specific Requirements: English Teacher:
• Strong command of the English language and literature
• Experience in teaching higher primary students
Math Teacher
• Strong foundation in basic numeracy and early years math pedagogy
• Ability to simplify concepts for young learners
Music Teacher (Guitarist)
• Expertise in instrumental music with specialisation in Guitar
• Must hold Grade 8 certification in Guitar
• Ability to train students for performances and school events
Qualifications & Experience
• Master’s Degree in a relevant subject (mandatory)
• Prior experience in IB PYP or similar international curriculum preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
Compensation
• Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Gross)
• Note: Compensation is non-negotiable
