RESPONSIBILITIES
Excellent communication with customers.
Keep the work environment fresh and clean.
Able to work independently or as a team member
Answer phone & questions about ice cream (soy, dairy, non-dairy)
Prepare ice cream scoops, waffle cones, all foods in the shop while creating a friendly, energetic atmosphere for customers.
Responsible for personal bank - ensured accuracy of all financial calculations and returned appropriate change; maintained adequate cash for making change
Communicate with team members on shop performance and provided feedback for further shop improvements.
Go above and beyond for guests and coworkers for exceptional service.
Perform opening/closing duties by tidy up store, mopping, and cleaning tabletops and floor.
Clean as you go, with attention to detail, while staying organized throughout your shift.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for food, cooking, teamwork, and quality
Ability to measure ingredients accurately
Demonstrates self-motivation while also being a dedicated team player
Dedication to cleanliness and organization
Great communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
Willingness to learn and follow instructions with precision as well as give great attention to detail
Have access to a phone that can text and make calls
Have access to the internet
