Phillip Riley are seeking ICT Support & Test Engineer.

We are on the lookout for an excellent and passionate ICT Support & Test Engineer person to aid the business project rollout period. You will be required to jump straight in and assist the business.
The role:
Undertaking inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data anddocumentation
Advise on revision and updated plans and improvements to meet standard and policy requirements
Managing control , access and reporting on these
Testing, diagnosing and resolving system problems and user challenges.
developing and providing technical documentation and training across ICT Systems
System Review and providing management reports on upgrades, system limitations and future proofing strategies
About you:
1 year proven experience in a Support Engineering or highly related field
Experience in a busy IT environment
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving and Analytical skills
Technical experience - In depth experience supporting different operating systems
A passion for quality customer service & team player!
