_The Global Identity and access Management operations is a global organization within CISO with +00+ employees located across the globe. GIAM Ops manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. GIAM Ops works in partnership with Global Information Security to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues._
• Job Purpose: _Within GIAM Ops, this position will work in a team environment and fill the role of GIAM Sr Analyst_
• Job Background/context:

_Responsible for fulfilling Identity access management related requests in all banking applications and other systems, which have security module. Provide core customer service support regarding the targeted applications and systems. This position requires the individual to operate within a team environment and be a subject matter expert and work closely with other groups within the business and throughout Citi._
• Key Responsibilities:

+ _Provision user/Functional ID entitlements, compliance review requests and/or incident/change management handling for Citis global customer base within established support thresholds_

+ _Ensure adherence to pre-defined SLO requirements for designated requests at a personal and team level._

+ _Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files_

+ _Understands the high-level principle behind Information Security concepts and policies; and applies / implements into day-to-day work_

+ _Identifies potential compliance issues and raise to management attention_

+ _Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity._

+ _Proven use of discretion and judgment given the subject sensitivity of the work data_

+ _Ability to manage multiple efforts and adjust priorities with evolving work efforts._

+ _Analyzing and finding the key areas for process improvement and also creating an action plan for the implementation of the same._

+ _Adhere to the defined Risk and Control guidelines and perform the activity within the distinct guidelines._

• Knowledge/Experience:

+ _Should possess 2-5 years of work experience in an operational/processing environment._

+ _Experience in handling Internal/External clients. Ability to deal demanding client expectations._

+ _Must be able to use experience to identify possible issues before they arise and also to be pro-active in resolving such issues._

+ _Must have the ability to multi-task by taking on extra ad-hoc tasks without letting the day-to-day tasks suffer._

+ _Ability to work independently within a team environment._

+ _Exposure to Access Administration, Information Security, Risk and Control would be an added advantage_

+ _Hands on experience in using Microsoft Office Tools_

+ _Minimum Bachelor's degree_
