Job Description
We are looking for driven and people-oriented individuals to join Need Of Change Foundation as Field Coordinators in Jaipur, Lucknow, and Ahmedabad (one opening per city). In this role, you will be the on-ground face of our foundation, working directly with schools to run impactful awareness workshops for students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit schools in your assigned city, connect with school administration, and secure participation in our workshop programs.
2. Coordinate and conduct engaging in-school workshops on social awareness, child rights, and community well-being.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and local community stakeholders.
4. Maintain accurate field records, visit logs, and activity reports every week.
5. Represent the Need of Change Foundation professionally and uphold our mission in every interaction.
Additional candidate preferences: Candidates who are local to the city they are applying for will be given strong preference. Prior experience in field work, social work, teaching, or community outreach is an advantage but not mandatory. Must be comfortable with daily field visits and working independently.
