Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our IELTS & English Coaching Institute. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the institute, including managing schedules, student inquiries, administrative tasks, and coordinating with the teaching team.
• Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the institute, including scheduling classes, managing student inquiries, and coordinating with the teaching team
- Overseeing the administrative functions of the institute, including managing student records, creating reports, and maintaining the institute's database
- Managing the institute's accounts, including invoicing, payments, and managing expenses
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the institute's operations.
- Coordinating with the teaching team to ensure that students receive high-quality instruction and that teachers have the resources they need to deliver effective lessons.
- Assisting in marketing and promotional activities, including creating marketing materials, coordinating events, and promoting the institute through social media and other channels
- Maintaining the institute's website, including updating content and ensuring that it is user-friendly and up-to-date
- Managing student feedback and complaints and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
• Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with database management and record-keeping systems
- Experience with marketing and promotional activities is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English is a must, with additional language skills being an advantage.
• Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
