Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years teaching Math & ELA , especially with US students
Expertise: Strong command of Math & ELA aligned with US CCSS (Grades 1 - 12)
Skills: Excellent communication and an engaging teaching style
Tools: Laptop, Pen Tablet, and high-speed internet
Availability: Night shift ( 2AM - +AM IST) with flexible hours

Eligibility & Requirements
Availability: Minimum 24 hours per week, 6 days a week
Technical Setup: Laptop, Pen Tablet, & High-Speed Internet
Training & Onboarding
Before starting, you’ll complete Mentor Match’s training program , covering:
Conducting demo & paid Math & ELA classes
Using our LMS (Learning Management System) for scheduling & session management
Effective online teaching techniques
Student progress reporting requirements
