• Sourcing the candidate from various sources like job Portals, Database, references etc.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Willing to work on tight deadlines.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to self-learn
• Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure
Desired Candidate Profile
• Applicant must have excellent communication skills.
• They should be comfortable to work from office.
• Candidate should have flexibility to work in shifts allocated
• Job Qualification : Diploma or bachelors degree.
