Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the HR function at a dynamic and innovative fitness brand? WTF Gyms, featured on Shark Tank India Season 3, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing all aspects of our human resources operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top talent across all departments.
• Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Onboarding and Training
• Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
3. HR Processes and Compliance
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
4. Employee Engagement and Satisfaction
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
• Organize team bonding and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
5. Performance Management
• Implement and manage a robust performance management system.
• Work with managers to set clear, achievable goals for employees and monitor progress.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
6. Exit Formalities and Employee Relations
• Manage the exit process, including exit interviews and formalities.
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting
• Develop and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities and progress to senior management.
8. Strategic HR Planning
• Align HR strategies with the overall business goals of WTF Gyms.
• Analyze workforce trends and forecast future HR needs.
• Support organizational changes through effective change management strategies.
Requirements
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
