We have an immediate opening for Fresher - Hr Recruiter - Permanent Work From Home - Full time
Salary: Rs. 1.20 Lacs - 1.44 Lacs per annum + Incentives
Requirement: Laptop / Desktop Must with good Internet facility, Mobile bills will be borne by the company.

Responsibilities:
Partnering with hiring Clients to determine staffing needs
Listen Properly requirements of Clients
Posting jobs in the Job Portal
Sourcing potential candidates from various Job Portals
Prepare Job Description
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Scheduling interviews
Build a Candidate Relationship
Follow up with candidate and company
Negotiation with the candidate and/or company if required
Joining with company
