We are seeking a technically strong and dependable Accountant who can manage intricate GST and TDS matters with accuracy and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle accounting, GST, and TDS compliance for multiple clients.
- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns (GSTR-9), including reconciliations with GSTR-2A/2B.
- Manage TDS deduction, payment, and return filing (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) with full accuracy.
- Ensure timely preparation of challans, reconciliation of TDS credits, and coordination with clients for corrections.
- Maintain proper books of accounts in Tally Prime or Zoho Books, and prepare ledgers, trial balances, and MIS reports.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation for statutory audit.
- Stay updated on changes in GST and income tax laws relevant to compliance and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: CA–Inter, Semi-qualified CA, or B.Com/M.Com with strong domain knowledge.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of full-time experience in accounting, GST, and TDS.
- In-depth understanding of GST law, input tax credit rules, reconciliations, and return filing process.
- Strong command over Tally Prime, Excel, GST portal, TRACES, and Income Tax portal.
- Able to manage client queries independently with logical clarity and professional communication.
