The Souled Store is one of India’s fastest-growing youth-focused lifestyle brands. Launched in 2013 as a homegrown brand, we have evolved into one of the largest online merchandising platforms, with official licenses from Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 and more.
While we started with pop culture-inspired designs featuring superheroes, movies, TV shows and cartoons, we are now at the forefront of youth fashion and streetwear trends. In addition to core men’s and women’s apparel, we are rapidly expanding into footwear, kidswear, backpacks, collectibles and action figures.
Although we primarily built our brand online, our offline presence is growing rapidly, with 40+ retail stores across India and ambitious expansion plans nationwide.

Responsibilities:
- Trend Forecasting - picking the right trends that would shape the brand look for SS/AW and collections
- New Silhouette Suggestions for every Season/Collection
- Innovate on novel Fabric/Trims
- Pick up on Trends & Colors
- Executing Sampling of the new fits/silhouettes
- CAD development for all categories - Menswear, Womenswear, Kidswear (Apparels)
- Techpack Layout development
- Textile design ideation and development
- Vendor Management - with the SCM team
- Styling guidance briefs to be given to the Styling Department- Styling guidance briefs to be given to the Styling Department
Skills & Qualification:
- Proficient with different design software like Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Superior knowledge of fashion design principles.
- Excellent creativity with a good sense of fashion and style.
- In-depth knowledge of garment technology.
- Proficiency in computer-aided fashion design applications and digital visualization tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams and colleagues as necessary.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Team player with the ability to prioritize & handle multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Education & Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience working in a similar field.
- Graduate in Fashion or equivalent degree.
